Andean Medicine Wheel- Earth Gate

This is the foundational class for the Medicine wheel. The journey begins with learning to connect fully with our bodies. Many of us live in our heads, but not in our bodies. This leads to physical issues of anxiety, depression, or other physical ailments. When we fully connect to our bodies, and also connect with the Pachamama( Mother Earth), magic happens in our lives.

The indigenous people ( Qero) of the Andes know how to connect deeply with nature. They live at altitudes of over 12 thousand feet. Connection is imperative for their livelihood. During our time together, you will learn how to connect with the Pachamama just like the Qero.

We will learn Andean cosmology. Learning something brand new allows us to learn without bias or judgement.

As part of learning Andean cosmology, you will have the opportunity of starting a mesa, a bundle of stones and sacred objects, that will help you connect deeply with nature.

Most importantly, you will learn how to let go of your old stories, so that you can create a new way to live. We all want to have healthy relationships, manifest our dreams, and just be happy.
